Due to many different factors including regulations, we do not return liquor or wines once sold, except for defective wines under 5 years, which may be returned for replacement within thirty days of purchase. All returned wines must be accompanied with a receipt, the bottle, and over 50% of the wine intact.


We do our best to ensure proper storage, we cannot be responsible for any wines older than five years from the latest vintage.


Customer Loyalty Program:

Customers of Brooklyn Liquors would be able to accrue points as they make purchases with the online store. There is no special code needed as it is solely based upon the amount spent through the online store and is automatically calculated.


For every $100 spent, the customer would earn 10 points on their account. Every 10 points equate to $1 earned to spend specifically with Brooklyn Liquors online store. There is no limit to points earned or expiration date for the points/money earned through the loyalty program. This is available on all wine and spirits purchased.


Example: 100 points earned = $10 applied to their account.


The customer must have an account created (free) with Brooklyn Liquors online store to track purchases and assign points. Points can only be redeemed with a purchase; they have no cash value and may not be transferred. As with all alcohol sales, customers must be 21 years of age or older. No other restrictions apply.
